Late pickup policy

To ensure the comfort and well-being of all our fur babies, we have established a maximum allowable time limit of 5 hours for dogs to be in our salon (unless otherwise arranged and confirmed in advance). If your dog's stay exceeds this 5-hour limit, a charge of $10 per hour will be added to your total invoice for each additional hour beyond the initial 5 hours.In the event that your dog remains in our salon for 7 hours or more without being picked up, a flat fee of $30 per hour will be charged to your total invoice for every hour thereafter.
